I am Raya Benhaim, owner of First Class Events  in

central New Jersey.  First Class Events  plans and coordinates parties, weddings, engagements, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens, holiday parties and many other affairs throughout New Jersey and New York.  I specialize in kosher party and event planning.

Let me tell you a little about me and why I will make your party or affair a first class event.

I began my career as an event coordinator/party planner in, of all places, the Israeli army. As a young soldier, over 25 years ago, I was in charge of creating and coordinating special events, both social and educational, for the officers' school on my army base. I was smitten with the "planning bug!" Following my discharge, I worked in the Israeli film industry as an event and talent manager.

Since arriving in the United States over 15 years ago, I have worked in the hotel and catering industry. I love being part of such happy occasions. And when you love what you do, you do it well! I take each affair personally. I plan and run every affair as if they were my own; I make sure the quality that I would demand is what you receive.

My professional level organization skills, creativity and high energy are my secrets to producing beautiful and successful parties. From creative planning to small detail execution and supervision, I provide many individuals, companies and organizations with excellent and reliable service.
