At First Class Eventsit is our job, and our pleasure, to plan and run you next event, just as if you did it yourself (without the stress!). We listen very carefully to what you, our client, want and we make sure to deliver.

Depending on the level of services you desire, First Class Events can do anything from just set-up, serve & clean-up to entire event planning and running.

 

Services Provided

  • Consultation (Initial consultation is free of charge)
  • Theme development/suggestion
  • Styling and designing of event
  • Coordinate with caterer or food preparer/restaurant 
  • Linens:        cloth or disposable
  • Tableware:    china or disposable
  • Decorations:  centerpieces, buffet tables, guest tables
  • Set-Up:        buffet, guest tables and bar
  • Service:        pass-around appetizers, plated meals, buffet and bartending
  • Clean-Up:    break down tables, wrap up extra food and drinks, pack decorations/gifts     

 

Service Personnel Available  

  • Wait staff
  • Bartender 
  • Kitchen help

Includes event planner, who is on site from set-up to break-down.


First Class Events requires the following minimum staff (depending on the type of service staff you request): 

     Bar Service:            1 bartender per 75 guests (beer & wine service only)

     Plated Meals:         4 wait staff per 100 guest

     Kitchen Help:         1 kitchen staff per 75 guests

     Buffet:                     Number of wait staff depends on how many dishes to be served.

 

These services are optional and are billed per hour, per service person.

Billed hours will include a 2 hour pre-event set-up and 2 hour break-down plus the actual party/event time.
